Health Care Canada Eyes Changes to Large Prescriptions June 29, 2005 Canada's minister of health is announcing new proposals that could restrict exports of prescription drugs to the U.S. He wants to head off sales of Canadian drugs to large chain stores in the United States. The proposals include requiring proof that patients have established a relationship with a Canadian doctor before a pharmacy fills an order.
